We'll build your club a real website.
OTHS has roughly a hundred student organizations and about six of them have a page of their own. If yours is one of the other ninety-four, this is for you. It costs nothing, and it gives OTHS students one place to find out what your club is and when it meets. If nobody in your leadership wants to write it, we'll write it for you.

- What your club is, in language a freshman who has never heard of it will understand.
- Who runs it — officers, and the sponsor a parent will want to email.
- When and where you meet, kept current, so nobody shows up to an empty room.
- What's coming up. Competitions, performances, deadlines, tryouts.
- Photos, so it reads as a real organization rather than a line on a list.
- A link you can send. To an interested freshman, to a parent, to a local business you're asking to sponsor you.
Why it's worth doing
Most clubs at OTHS are functionally invisible outside the people already in them. Freshmen can't find you, parents don't know you exist, and your members have nothing to point at when a college application asks what they did.
A page fixes all three, and it keeps fixing them after this year's officers graduate.

Tell us you want in. Find us at Panther Connects, catch any member in the hall, or email the club once the address below is live.

Talk to us. What the club does, who it's for, when it meets, what's coming up. However much detail you want on the page is however long this takes.

We build it and send you a draft. You tell us what's wrong, we fix it, and it goes live once you're happy.

After that
Keeping it current is meant to be easy. Tell us what changed, or edit it yourself once we've shown you how. Either way you don't need to know how the site works.
Nobody in your leadership wants to write it?
That's the normal case, and it's what our ghostwriting service is for. You talk, we write, you approve. Nobody in your club has to sit down and produce a paragraph they've been putting off since September.
What it costs
Nothing. There's no fee, no dues, and nothing your club has to buy or host. Panther CS runs on free tooling and student time.

Sooner is better, but nobody misses out.
- This fall — the pilot. Two to five clubs, so we can prove the template and the review process on a small scale first.
- Through the fall — pages go live as they're finished, starting with the pilot clubs. There is no launch date to wait for and no batch to be left out of. Getting in touch early is how you end up near the front of the queue.
- Spring — expansion. Fifty-plus clubs, with the ghostwriting service running at full volume.
- Late spring — everyone. Any organization at OTHS that wants a page gets one.
